By downloading, installing, or using PetTimely, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PetTimely. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.
You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited.
PetTimely offers subscription plans on a monthly or yearly basis. Solo is $3.99/month or $39.99/year for individual users. Family is $7.99/month or $79.99/year for up to 6 family members. Yearly plans include 2 months free. All subscriptions are processed through Apple's payment system.
If PetTimely offers a free trial, trial length, eligibility, billing timing, and cancellation will be presented in the iOS app and governed by Apple's in-app purchase flow.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Billing disputes and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's terms and policies.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the notice period.
• Use PetTimely only for managing your own pets' care • Provide accurate information about your pets • Respect other family members' privacy • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Use the app in good faith for its intended purpose
• Share your account with people outside your household • Upload malicious content or viruses • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the app • Use the app for any illegal purpose • Harass or harm other users • Scrape or collect data from the app • Impersonate others or create fake accounts
PetTimely, including all content, features, code, design, and functionality, is owned by PetTimely and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you create (pet photos, notes, etc.). By using PetTimely, you grant us a license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PetTimely for personal, non-commercial purposes while you maintain an active subscription.
PetTimely is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult with a licensed veterinarian for medical advice. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from reliance on information in the app.
We aim to keep PetTimely available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
PetTimely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall PetTimely be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of PetTimely shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through app settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.
Upon termination, your right to use PetTimely immediately ceases. Data handling and deletion are governed by our Privacy Policy and in-app deletion controls.
When you invite people to your family group, you are responsible for their actions within your group. Family owners can grant either permanent Family Member access or temporary Pet Sitter access with time-limited expiry. Pet Sitter access is read-only for records (with task completion allowed) and automatically expires at the selected duration. You can remove members or revoke invite access at any time.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PetTimely at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
If you have a problem with the service, billing access, or these Terms, contact support@pettimely.com first so we can try to resolve it quickly.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdictions where PetTimely operates, except where local consumer protection laws require a different result.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Pet data may be stored locally on your device and synced to secure cloud systems to support cross-device access, Family Sharing, and backup, as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PetTimely.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
