What is PetTimely?

PetTimely is a pet medication reminder and family care coordination app for iOS, launching on the App Store in Q2 2026. It helps households track pet medications, vaccination records, veterinary visits, and day-to-day care tasks in one place while syncing updates across the people responsible for follow-through. Smart reminders show who completed a task and when, which helps families reduce missed tasks and avoid duplicate work. PetTimely also keeps care notes and health history organized for vet visit prep, pet sitter handoffs, and multi-pet households. Solo is $3.99/month or $39.99/year for one user, and Family is $7.99/month or $79.99/year for up to 6 members. Both plans include 2 months free on the yearly option. PetTimely is an organization and tracking tool and does not replace a licensed veterinarian.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will the app be available?

We're launching on the App Store in Q2 2026. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know as soon as access opens.

Will there be a free trial?

We're planning to offer a 7-day free trial at launch. Trial availability, billing, and cancellation are managed in the iOS app through Apple.

Can I subscribe on the website?

No, all subscriptions will be managed through the iOS app using Apple's secure in-app purchase system. This ensures your payment information stays safe and you can manage everything through your iPhone Settings.

What's the difference between Solo and Family?

Solo is built for one account owner. Family includes everything in Solo plus shared household coordination for up to 6 total members, including live updates and accountability across caregivers.

How many family members can I add?

Up to 6 total people can share the Family plan, making it a fit for households with multiple caregivers.

How does the Pet Sitter role work?

Solo and Family owners can create temporary Pet Sitter access and set 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 day durations. Sitters can view pets/reminders/health records and mark tasks complete, but cannot add, edit, or delete records. Access expires automatically at the selected duration.

Do all family members need to pay?

No! One person pays $7.99/month (or $79.99/year) and covers up to 6 family members. That's $1.33/person on monthly, or just $1.11/person per month on the yearly plan.

Is my data secure?

PetTimely uses secure cloud infrastructure and encrypted transport for your account data. We do not sell your personal information, and subscriptions are processed through Apple.

Does PetTimely replace veterinary advice?

No. PetTimely is an organization and tracking tool for pet care information. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed veterinarian.

Can I cancel anytime?

Where PetTimely earns its keep

Built around the moments pet owners second-guess themselves most

The 'Did I already give it?' moment

Confirmation history and shared task status reduce the guesswork that leads to missed doses or accidental duplicates.

The vet asks for the last 90 days

Health records, medication history, and care reports help you show what actually happened instead of trying to reconstruct it from memory.

Everyone thought someone else handled it

Family coordination makes handoffs clearer across partners, parents, older kids, and sitters sharing the same pet care load.
