Fastest way to get help

Include your device model, iOS version, and a short summary of the issue when you email us. For billing, manage subscriptions in Apple Settings first, then contact us if something still looks wrong.

PetTimely helps you organize and track pet care information, but it does not diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed veterinarian. If your pet may be sick or in danger, contact a vet or emergency clinic immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Go to Settings > Family and generate an invite code. Choose either ongoing Family Member access or temporary Pet Sitter access. The Family plan supports up to 6 total members.
Pet Sitters can view pets, reminders, and health records, and mark tasks complete. They cannot add, edit, or delete records. Their access expires automatically.
Reminder alerts depend on notification permissions in iOS. Make sure notifications are enabled for PetTimely in Settings and verify that Focus modes or Scheduled Summary are not delaying important alerts.
You can cancel anytime through your Apple account settings: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > PetTimely > Cancel Subscription. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account data. To permanently erase your data, use the in-app Delete My Account option in Settings.
Billing and refunds are handled by Apple. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, review your Apple subscription details first, then contact support if app access does not match your purchase status.
When a family member or Pet Sitter completes a task, everyone in your family group sees the update in real-time. Shared reminders, pet profiles, and health records stay synced across devices based on each member's role permissions.
Keep medications, notes, and recent care history up to date inside PetTimely so you have a cleaner record to reference before appointments. If you need help locating the right history or reports, contact support.
PetTimely uses encrypted transport, private storage controls, and account-based access restrictions. We do not sell personal data.
No. PetTimely is a tracking and organization tool for pet care information. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed veterinarian.
In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete My Account, then confirm. This triggers permanent account and data deletion. See our Data Deletion page for full details.

Add dosage amounts, units, food instructions, or anything another caregiver would need to administer care correctly.

Keep health history current

Add vaccinations, appointments, illnesses, and vet notes as they happen so the record stays useful when you need it.

Review overdue items daily

A quick scan of overdue tasks each morning helps catch slips before they turn into missed care.

Share access before travel

Set up family or sitter access before trips, boarding, or handoffs so the next caregiver is not guessing under pressure.

Enable notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings and check that Focus modes are not hiding time-sensitive reminder alerts.
